I don't know what's wrong with my equipment - can you diagnose it?

Yes. That's exactly what our equipment inspection service is for. We'll inspect your pool equipment, identify the likely cause of the problem and explain what we've found before discussing the next steps.

What equipment can you diagnose?

We can diagnose a wide range of residential pool equipment, including pool pumps, chlorinators, filters, automatic pool cleaners, valves, pipework and other common pool equipment. If you're unsure whether we can help, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your equipment.

Do you repair equipment or replace equipment?

Where possible, we'll repair the issue during the diagnostic visit if it can be completed within the allocated service time. What happens if my equipment needs to be replaced?

Yes. If your equipment needs replacing, we can supply and professionally install new equipment that's suited to your pool. We'll explain the available options, answer any questions you have, and organise the installation once you're happy to proceed.

Do I need to be home for an equipment diagnostic?

No. As long as we have safe and clear access to your pool and equipment, you don't need to be home. We'll complete
the service and leave your pool clean and ready to enjoy. Once we're finished, we'll email you a service report outlining the work completed, along with any issues we've identified or recommendations we may have.
